Geographic DDIs and Non Geographic numbers

12 Telecom can supply geographic DDI, free-phone and non-geographic numbers and ITFS from many countries including UK, Greece, Cyprus, USA, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.

Inbound call traffic from anywhere in the world can be delivered to us over IP and translated to any geographic number worldwide, providing a hub for customers from any country to deliver feature rich services to end-users anywhere.

Number Translation and Dial-through services

We provide a number translation service whereby a geographic or non geographic access can be diverted to any number in the world. If the number used generates revenue, such as 0844 or 0871 NGN numbers, then the call could even be diverted and terminated free of charge, anywhere in the world!

Dial through services enable users to pay for the cost of the call directly to their telephone provider, without the need to register, open up an account, pre-pay for credit or subscribe in order to access the desired service. A prime example for the use of this service is the low cost international call services where the user dials a ngn number first and then dials out to the desired international destination for a fraction of the price he/she would normally pay to call the international destination directly from their phone provider.
